Store Pallets ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates a commercial liquidation pallet warehouse at 2806 Robinson Lane, Newark, OH 43055. In conducting commercial wholesale operations, we collect information necessary to fulfill pallet orders, provide freight estimates, and process sales tax exemptions:
- Contact & Business Data: Full name, company name, commercial email address, phone number, and physical billing/shipping addresses.
- Wholesale Tax Documentation: State resale certificates (such as the Ohio Department of Taxation Form STEC), vendor license numbers, or federal Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) provided to claim wholesale sales tax exemption.
- Freight & Delivery Specifics: Facility details (such as commercial dock height, forklift availability, or residential liftgate requirements) required to dispatch carriers.
- Technical & Browsing Data: IP addresses, browser specifications, operating system details, referring URLs, and page visit duration collected via server log files.

How We Use Your Information
We utilize commercial buyer information strictly for legitimate business purposes:
- Order Fulfillment & Manifest Delivery: Emailing requested manifest spreadsheets, staging orders at our Newark loading dock, and coordinating forklift loading.
- Freight Coordination: Generating Bills of Lading (BOL), securing discounted LTL freight quotes, and providing carriers with delivery contact numbers.
- Tax Compliance: Maintaining audit-ready records of tax-exempt wholesale transactions in accordance with Ohio state revenue laws.
- Customer Support & Inventory Alerts: Notifying buyers of incoming fresh truckload arrivals, unmanifested lots, and seasonal pallet specials (you may opt out at any time).
- Fraud & Chargeback Prevention: Verifying matching photo identification for credit card transactions and defending legitimate sales against improper dispute filings.

Information Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or business data to third-party data brokers or marketing firms. Information is shared strictly with essential operational partners:
- Freight Carriers & Brokers: We disclose destination addresses, recipient names, and delivery phone numbers to logistics partners (e.g., FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, Estes, Saia, TQL) solely to execute transportation and delivery appointment notifications.
- Payment Processors & Banking: Electronic transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways and banking institutions.
- Government & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose documentation if legally required to do so by subpoena, court order, or state revenue audits (e.g., presenting Ohio STEC exemption forms to the Ohio Department of Taxation).
