Never. We maintain a strict zero cherry-picking policy. We do not operate a retail store or separate secondary online marketplace where we sift out high-value electronics or power tools. Pallets arrive from the retailer shrink-wrapped and banded on standard wooden skids and are sold in their authentic, raw condition.

• Overstock / Shelf Pulls (Grade A): Brand new items that never reached consumer hands. Typically pulled from shelves due to seasonal resets, packaging updates, or excess distribution center inventory. Highest percentage of pristine retail packaging and lowest defect rate.
• Customer Returns (Grade B/C): Items purchased by shoppers in-store or online and returned. These lots carry high MSRP potential (tools, electronics, appliances). Some items are brand new/open box, while others may have cosmetic wear or missing manuals.

A manifest is an itemized packing list created by the retailer outlining the SKU, product description, original retail MSRP, and piece count for that pallet:

• Manifested Pallets: Provide an item-by-item spreadsheet showing total projected retail value. Great for online resellers who calculate margins before purchasing.
• Unmanifested Pallets / Mystery Gaylords: Sold as raw mixed lots by the pallet height or weight. These lots are priced substantially cheaper per unit and are popular with flea markets and $5-$10 discount bin stores.

Yes, complimentary forklift loading is provided! Our licensed forklift operators will stage and load pallets directly into your pickup bed, open utility trailer, enclosed cargo trailer, box truck, or semi-trailer. You do not need to hand-load unless your vehicle cannot accept standard pallet dimensions.

Pallets are built on standard 48" x 40" wooden skids and can range from 4 to 7 feet tall, weighing between 400 to 1,200 lbs:

• Standard Full-Size Pickup Truck (F-150, Silverado, Ram): Fits 1 pallet loaded between wheel wells (or 2 if tail-loaded with proper payload capacity).
• Cargo Van (Sprinter, Transit, Promaster): Typically fits 2 to 3 standard pallets.
• Open Utility Trailer (5x8 or larger): Fits 2 to 4 pallets with appropriate ratchet strap tie-downs.
• Box Truck (16ft - 26ft): Fits 6 to 12 pallets with dock height access.

Yes! We ship across all 48 contiguous US states. Through our freight broker partnerships (FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, Estes, TQL, and national dry van carriers), we offer deeply discounted commercial and residential freight quotes for both single pallets and full multi-truckload contracts.

Yes. If you do not have a commercial warehouse loading dock or forklift, we arrange Liftgate Delivery & Residential Notification Service. The freight driver uses a hydraulic lift on the rear of the truck and a pallet jack to lower the pallet directly to your curb or driveway.

A dedicated 53-foot semi-trailer typically carries 24 to 26 tall pallets (or double-stacked low profile pallets up to 52 count depending on retailer configuration). Full truckloads offer the highest profit spread because you bypass LTL handling and secure direct wholesale volume rates.

For security and convenience, Store Pallets accepts:

In accordance with standard reverse logistics industry standards, all liquidation pallets and truckloads are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranties, refunds, or exchanges. This policy is why liquidation inventory is sold at 80% to 92% off retail MSRP. Buyers assume all risk and reward, which is why we welcome on-site warehouse inspections prior to payment.
