01

The "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" Liquidation Standard

At Store Pallets ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), all merchandise sold—including single pallets, gaylord mystery boxes, multi-pallet lots, and 53ft full truckloads—is sold strictly "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS."

By placing an order, tendering payment, or scheduling freight dispatch, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • No Warranties: Store Pallets makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, functionality, or marketability of any products.
  • Zero Returns or Exchanges: Once payment is confirmed or an order has been loaded onto the buyer’s vehicle or commercial freight carrier, all sales are 100% final. No refunds, partial credits, item replacements, or returns will be granted.
  • Pricing Rationale: The buyer understands that liquidation pallets are sold at substantial discounts (often 80% to 92% below retail MSRP) specifically because the buyer assumes all entrepreneurial risk and reward associated with reverse logistics inventory.
Important Commercial Notice: Liquidation inventory includes a mixture of overstocks, shelf pulls, box damage, and uninspected customer returns. We do not test, refurbish, or individually verify every electrical or mechanical unit.
02

Physical Warehouse Inspection Rights

We strongly believe in fair and transparent wholesale transactions. Therefore, Store Pallets provides all buyers with the right and opportunity to conduct a thorough physical inspection prior to purchase:

  • Dock Inspection: Buyers are welcome to visit our warehouse at 2806 Robinson Lane, Newark, OH 43055 during regular operating hours to inspect the shrink-wrap, skid stability, visible product packaging, and retailer lot labels.
  • Acceptance Upon Tender: Tendering payment or signing a warehouse pickup release constitutes absolute confirmation that the buyer has inspected the pallet (or has intentionally waived their right to inspect) and accepts the merchandise in its current condition.
  • No Post-Loading Claims: Once our forklift loads the pallet onto your truck, trailer, or carrier and you depart our facility, no condition claims will be entertained.
03

Manifest Accuracy & Industry Variance

Many pallets and truckloads offered by Store Pallets include itemized manifests outlining projected SKU counts, item descriptions, and retail MSRP values. Buyers must understand how manifests are originated:

  • Retailer-Generated Data: Manifest spreadsheets are provided directly by origin retailers (e.g., Target, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart) and their regional distribution centers. Store Pallets does not generate or manually audit every line item.
  • Standard Industry Variance (3% – 7%): Due to automated scanner errors, retailer warehouse sorting mistakes, and misplaced items at origin, manifests may contain an industry-standard variance of 3% to 7% in piece counts, SKU identity, or condition.
  • Unmanifested Pallets: Pallets sold as "Unmanifested" or "Mystery Gaylords" are sold strictly by the pallet lot or category description with no guaranteed item count or brand composition.
Variance Policy: Discrepancies within standard industry variance thresholds do not qualify for price adjustments, credits, or return requests.
04

Freight Transit Damage Protocol (LTL & FTL)

For orders shipped via commercial LTL freight or dedicated 53ft dry van carriers, the transfer of custody occurs when the carrier accepts the shipment at our Newark, OH dock. To protect yourself in the rare event of transit damage, you must follow this mandatory procedure:

Step 1
Inspect Before Signing

Examine the shrink-wrap, banding, and pallet structure while the freight driver is present.

Step 2
Note Exceptions on BOL

If torn, tipped, or re-wrapped, write "DAMAGED SHRINK-WRAP / TIPPED PALLET" on the Bill of Lading.

Step 3
Take Immediate Photos

Photograph all sides of the pallet on the truck bed before unloading and notify us within 24 hours.

Crucial Carrier Rule: If you sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) as "Received in Good Condition" without noting visible exterior damage or missing shrink-wrap, the freight carrier will automatically reject any subsequent damage claim. Store Pallets is not liable for damage caused in transit by third-party freight carriers.
05

Order Cancellations, Staging & Restocking

Because liquidation inventory moves rapidly and warehouse dock space is at a premium, order cancellation requests are subject to the following rules:

  • Pre-Staging Cancellations: Orders cancelled before pallets have been staged or freight has been booked may be cancelled subject to a 15% administrative and inventory reallocation fee.
  • Post-Staging / Dispatched Freight: Once a freight carrier has been assigned, a BOL generated, or a dedicated truckload staged on our dock, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Abandonment Policy: Local dock pickup orders must be retrieved within 5 business days of purchase unless a written extension is granted. Orders left beyond 5 days may incur a $25/pallet/day storage fee or be subject to resale without refund.
06

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Waiver

By completing a transaction via Credit Card, Debit Card, Wire Transfer, ACH, or Certified Cashier's Check, the buyer expressly certifies that:

  • The buyer has reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy in full.
  • The buyer waives any and all rights to initiate a credit card chargeback, merchant dispute, or reversal based on claims regarding product functionality, cosmetic condition, missing accessories, or manifest variance.
  • In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or fraudulent dispute, Store Pallets reserves the right to recover all associated merchant fees, legal costs, collection fees, and file formal reporting with industry credit bureaus.
